In contrast, when they read the books of grammar full of monotonous formal contexts with names of unknown people and fake stories, they usually have the sense that the English used in these books is different from the real English they hear in multimedia in one way or another. They, consequently, move away from learning the contexts in which the rules are used to learning the rules themselves. Integrating entertainment to education has always attracted the attention of scholars and teachers as it proposes striving procedures to learning in general and to learning a foreign language inside and outside the classroom in particular. The great advancements in the technological tools in the recent years has helped both FL teachers and students to make a great use of multimedia. This paper investigates the advisability and effectiveness of using multimedia to develop the various language skills of EFL students inside the classroom in comparison to the regular procedures used.
