M.Hadi A.A.faraj.Coll.of Vet.Med./Univ.of BaghdadAbstractFrom July 2006 to March 2007, 180 tap water sample and 90 sewage water sample from houses at (Al-Dura, Hi-Al- Maalf, Hi-Al-Jehad, Al-Shabab, and Al-Baya'a) were collected in Baghdad city. Sedimentation methods were performed on each specimens the total contamination rate in tap water was 17.2% and in sewage water was 60% with these parasites: Entamoeba histolytica, Ascaris lumbericoides ,Strongyloides stercoralis ,and Fasciola sp. Distribution of parasites as months of year that July was record the highest rate of contamination in both tap and swage water.

انتشار الطفيليات المعوية في مياه الشرب لبعض المناطق في بغدادأفكار مسلم هادي أزهار علي فرجكلية الطب البيطري/جامعة بغدادالخلاصةجمعت 180عينة من مياه الشرب و 90 عينة من مياه المجاري في المنازل المنتشرة في خمس مناطق(الدورة،حي المعالف ،حي الجهاد، الشباب،البياع) في بغداد ابتداء من شهر تموز 2006 إلى شهر اذار 2007.فحصت العينات مجهريا بعد اجراء عملية الترسيب للبحث عن الطفيليات المعوية المنتشرة فيها وقد سجلت نسبة التلوث الكلية بالطفيليات لمياه الشرب 17.2% ولمياه المجاري 60% وكانت الطفيليات المسجلةهي: Entamoeba histolytica, Ascaris lumbericoides ,Strongyloides stercoralis , Fasciola sp. اما انتشار الطفيليات خلال اشهر السنة فقد سجل شهر تموز اعلى نسبة اصابة لكافة الطفيليات ولعينات مياه الشرب والمجاري على حد سواء.
