So he sent demand to go to Sham to give him the government But the Mongolian attack Failed that So the Sultan ktiz tried to give it the Emam Abo Al Abass but his killed was Failed the matter . these events continuos until the sultan Bebars controlled on the government so , he sent to Abe Al Abass invited him to Egypt when he reached the Sultan was known him by the witnesses then , the head of judges decided him and his nick named Al Mstnser ballah . And because he killed near of Al Anbar by Al Mongolian he did not continuos as Duke where Abu Al Kasim flee From the battle and Went to Sham then to Egypt the Sultan Bebars gave him the government and his hick name was Bemr Allah for the prestige of the Abassian governor at the sultan they lost every thing except its hame and this refaced on the relation Ship of the Abassian with the Islamic countries which was supported by some and rejected by other so it stayed in Egypt until the Uthmanic state occupied Egypt in (922A.H-1516A.C ).

ملخص البحثيهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على أهم حقبة من حقب التأريخ الإسلامي ألا وهي الخلافة العباسية بعد احتلال بغداد ( 656_ 676هـ / 1258 _ 1277م ) التي كانت تمثل رمزا دينيا للعــالم الإسلامي، حيث أن تلك المكانة بدأت تضعف بسبب سيطرة القوى الأجنبية على بغداد كالبويهيين والسلاجقة، لذلك حاول بعض السلاطين التابعين للخلافة نقل مقرها إلى بلادهم ، فكانت المحاولة الأولى من قبل احمد بن طولون حاكم مصر الذي استدعى الخليفة العباسي المعتمد إلى مصر ، لكن محاولته باءت بالفشل ، أما المحاولة الثانية فقد قام بها محمد الإخشيدي وكان نصيبها الفشل أيضا.وبعد التوسع المغولي في القرن السابع الهجري / الثالث عشر الميلادي واجتياح الأراضي الإسلامية تمكنوا من احتلال بغداد وقتل الخليفة العباسي المستعصم بالله، فاستطاع احد أبناء البيت العباسي الذي نجا من المذبحة المغولية التوجه نحو بلاد الشام واستقر عند قبيلة خفاجة العربية ، اثناء ذلك سمع الأمير الأيوبي المالك الناصر حاكم دمشق وحلب بذلك ، فارسل إليه طالبا منه التوجه إلى بلاد الشام لمبايعته بالخلافة ، إلا أن الهجوم المغولي على حلب حال دون تحقيق ذلك ، وبعد ان تولى قطز عرش السلطنة في مصر ، حاول مبايعة الإمام أبي العباس بالخلافة ، إلا أن مقتله كان سبباً في عدم تحقيق ذلك الأمر.وبقيت الأحداث على ما هي عليه حتى تولى حكم مصر السلطان الظاهر بيبرس فبعث إلى أبي العباس يدعوه إلى مصر، فعند وصوله تأكد السلطان من نسبه عن طريق الشهود، فأقره قاضي القضاة تاج الدين ولقب بالمستنصر بالله، ولم يستمر في الخلافة بسبب مقتله على يد المغول بالقرب من مدينة الأنبار حيث تمكن أبو القاسم من الهرب من ميدان المعركة فتوجه إلى بلاد الشام ومن ثم إلى مصر فبايعه السلطان بيبرس بالخلافة ولقب بـ(الحاكم بأمر الله).أما بالنسبة لمكانة الخلفاء العباسيين عند سلاطين المماليك فلم يبق لهم من الخلافة سوى اسمها وهذا ما انعكس على علاقة الخلافة العباسية مع الدويلات الإسلامية فكانت متأرجحة ما بين مؤيد ومعارض، وبذلك بقيت الخلافة العباسية في مصر إلى أن احتلت الدولة العثمانية مصر سنة 922هـ / 1516م .
