Gram negative rods were the major uropathogens .Urinary mucosal immunoglobulins were separated using 6% PEG 6000 D. from senescent and adulthood urine samples . Reactions of whole cell bacterins with UMIG revealed reduction in specific antibody titers in senescent in comparison to adulthood ..Senescence may be involved in this titer reduction
