الملخص:تهدف الدراسة الى القاء الضوء على جولات التراخيص التي قامت بها وزارة النفط من اجل تطوير الصناعة النفطية ,حيث تم استعراض انواع العقود النفطية مستعرضين محاسن ومساوئ كل نوع وقد تم التركيز على عقود الخدمة الفنية بأعنبارها أسهلها ولا تمتاز بالتعقيد ولا تسبب اي ضرر على مالك الثروة الحقيقي (الشعب العراقي). تم جمع البيانات من مصادر رسمية اهمها وزارة النفط وشبكة المعلومات العالمية.} }
