TY - JOUR ID - TI - Measure the impact of indirect foreign investment on some macroeconomic variables in developing countries (India Case Study) قياس اثر الاستثمار الأجنبي غير المباشر على بعض المتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية في البلدان النامية ( الهند حالة دراسية ) AU - Amer A.Kethim عامر عمران كاظم AU - Abd-Alrazzaq H.Hussein عبدالرزاق حمد حسين PY - 2012 VL - 2 IS - 1 SP - 102 EP - 119 JO - University of Kirkuk Journal For Administrative and Economic Science مجلة جامعة كركوك للعلوم الادارية والاقتصادية SN - 22222995 AB - Abstract Most of developing countries Facing problematic in providing the resources necessary to finance the investment process, and suffer from a decline in average per capita income and low rates of growth in gross domestic product compared with developed countries , and thus low levels of investment, which lead to causing a deficiency in funds needed to finance development, so headed towards the international finance market through foreign investment, both direct and indirect to bridge the gap between domestic savings and investment, where India has seen liberal financially in 1991, representing in economic reform policies, is following floating exchange rate regime and the lifting of trade restrictions and address the imbalance in the balance of payments and the expansion of privatization processes, All this has helped in attracting more foreign investment, including portfolio investment, which rose as a proportion of total foreign investment from (3%) in 1992 to (85.9%) in 1994, the study showed a positive relationship between indirect foreign investment and many economic variables in India, such as gross domestic product, money supply (the narrow sense) , savings and the level of prices and consumption.

المستخلص تواجه غالبية البلدان النامية إشكالية في توفير الموارد اللازمة لتمويل عملية الاستثمار، فأغلبها تعاني من انخفاض في متوسط دخل الفرد وانخفاض معدلات النمو في الناتج المحلي مقارنة مع البلدان المتقدمة ، وبالتالي انخفاض مستويات الاستثمار ، مما سبب قصورا في الأموال اللازمة لتمويل عمليات التنمية ، لذا اتجهت نحو سوق التمويل الدولية من خلال الاستثمار الأجنبي بشقيه المباشر وغير المباشر لردم الفجوة بين الادخار والاستثمار المحليين ، حيث شهدت الهند كنموذج للبلدان الناميه تحررا ماليا في عام 1991 ، تمثل في سياسات الإصلاح الاقتصادي ، كإتباع نظام سعر الصرف المعوم ورفع القيود التجارية ومعالجة الخلل في ميزان المدفوعات وتوسع عمليات الخصخصة ، ساعد كل ذلك في جذب المزيد من الاستثمارات الأجنبية بما فيها استثمارات المحفظة ، التي ارتفعت كنسبة من إجمالي الاستثمار الأجنبي من (3%) في عام 1992 إلى (85.9%) في عام 1994 ، وقد أظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة طردية بين الاستثمار الأجنبي غير المباشر والعديد من المتغيرات الاقتصادية في الهند ، كالناتج المحلي الإجمالي وعرض النقد بالمفهوم الضيق والادخار ومستوى الأسعار والاستهلاك الخاص.
