Thus, the structure of the  2 states atEX=9.96, 10.27, 10.93, 11.18, 11.84, 12.02, 12.4, 12.7, 12.83, 13.14, 13.4, 14.0 and 14.19 MeV,respectively, are assumed to be the linear combination of the (1 )(1 ) 17 / 2 5 / 2 f d and (1 )(1 ) 15 / 2 5 / 2 f dconfigurations only. The amplitudes of the assumed two configurations are determinedphenomenologically by reproducing the reduced probabilities of magnetic quadrupole transitions atthe photon point.
