Body weight was 5 Kg ,head circumference 36.5cm,length 50 cm,respiratory rate 85 / min ,heart rate 130 / min.,temp 37.5 C and O2 saturation was 77 %.Physical examination showed macrocosmicmeconium stained neonate with suffused face,chest examination revealed bilateral finecrepitations with poor air entry .
