Copyright and Permission Agreement

When a manuscript is submitted, it is implied that the work has not already been published, that it is not currently being considered for publication elsewhere, and that the publication has received the approval of all co-authors, if any, as well as the relevant authorities, either implicitly or explicitly, at the institute where the work was done.
