Objectives: To assess of Science Teachers' Awareness towards immunity and immunization in Baghdad City Primary Schools Methodology: A descriptive study was conducted, included, 100 primary school, 50 in Al Rassafa sector, and, 50 in Al Karkh sector, from March 5th 2012 to March 15th 2013, to assess of science teachers' awareness towards immunity and immunization. A cluster sample of, 100 Science teachers, males and females were selected, as one teacher from each school. A questioner format was used for data collection. The validity of questioner was estimated through a penal of experts related to the field of study, and its reliability was estimated through a pilot study conducted in, 20 schools is excluded from the original sample which included, 20 teachers from April 8th 2012 to April 14th 2012. Data were analyzed through the application of descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. Results: The results of the study indicated that, 78% of sample were female, and, 39% of them their ages were between, 30-39 years old, 65% of them were married, while, 21% of them were single, and, 50% of them were institute graduates. Also the study indicated that, 26% of teachers had, 15–19 years of employment in teaching sector. Furthermore, 58 % of sample had no opportunity to be involved in training courses concerning communicable diseases control. The results of this study indicate that, teachers' awareness was poor, in adequate awareness towards immunity and immunization against communicable diseases in Baghdad City Primary Schools Conclusion: The study concluded that teachers' awareness towards immunity and immunization in Baghdad primary schools was poor. Recommendations: The study recommends that there is a need for cooperation between the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education on writing a book systematically for primary schools about the nature of the transitional diseases and how to control them through immunity and immunization, and Emphasis on continuous sessions concerning communicable diseases control for teachers in all primary schools

This research aims to identify the effectiveness of the Adelson, Addy and Shire's models in the achievement of the second stage students of Teaching Methods in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences The researchers chose the experimental design with partial control for the three groups with the post-test. The research sample was limited to students of the second stage in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, which consisted of, 90 students, with, 30 students in each group. The students of the research groups were rewarded in the variables of age. The time, previous information, the level of intelligence, and the parents’ achievement. The researchers prepared the study tool, which consisted of, 10 teaching plans for each group and the academic achievement test, which in its final form consisted of, 20 objective paragraphs of multiple choice and, 10 essay paragraphs. The validity, discrimination, and stability of this scale were calculated. After data collection and processing statistically using the statistical package, SPSS, the results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance, 0.05 between the average scores of the students of the second experimental group, and the average scores of the students of the first experimental and control groups. At the level of achievement, and for the benefit of the second experimental group in the post-test of academic achievement, the researchers recommended the need to adopt the Ady and Shire's model, which has proven its effectiveness in teaching, and to include its steps that work on developing thinking students when building the curriculum.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the relationship between lean leadership and organizational reputation through the mediate role of the organizational commitment in the General Company for the Automobile Industry. The sample of the study targeted employees in the General Company for the automotive industry, and the sample analyzed, 354 individual levels of different jobs. For the purposes of data collection, the research was based on the questionnaire as a main tool prepared in the light of relative and reliable standards in a good testing environment as well as the opinions and ideas of researchers and specialists in the field of research variables when translated. After collecting the data, the statistical analysis was done using several statistics available within the SPSS and Amos programs as the simple correlation coefficient and analysis of the structural modeling equation.

The aim of the induction was to identify the data of bio kinematic performance, NLP, motor response, and accuracy of free kick performance among football players, and to identify the relationship between the effectiveness of bio kinematic performance, NLP and motor response, with the accuracy of free kick performance among football players. The researchers used the descriptive approach in order to suit the nature of the research. The research sample included the students of the second stage of the Department of Physical Education of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Halabja for the academic year, 2019/2020 and their number is, 18 students, and the research sample was selected by the intentional method, excluded f the students on whom the pilot study was conducted, and the total number of the sample on whom the study was conducted was, 12 students only. The researchers used the technical scientific observation, the bio kinematic analysis, the NLP test, the motor response test, and the accuracy test of performing a free kick in football as means of data collection, and the data were treated statistically. Using, arithmetic mean, x, standard deviation, , coefficient of variation, coefficient of skewness, and simple correlation coefficient, Pearson, within the programs of the statistical portfolio for the social sciences, statistical package of social Sciences Or SPSS. After analyzing and discussing the results, the most important conclusions drawn from the study were determined, which is the emergence of moral correlations between NLP systems and the accuracy of performing the free kick in football, and their arrangement was in favor of the, visual system, then the, auditory system, then the, sensory system, and the emergence of moral correlations Between some of the variables of bio kinematic performance and the accuracy of the performance of the free kick in football as well as the emergence of a significant correlation between the speed of the motor response and the accuracy of the performance of the free kick in football among the research sample members
