IRAQI JOURNAL OF AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES (IJAS)

Is the first agric. scientific and refereed journal established in Iraq.
The first volume was published in 1966. IJAS is registered in the number 137 in 1988 of the Baghdad National Library. Years ago, it was published with one issue a year. For the time being, it is published bimonthly (6 issues for a volume).

About the journal

The creation of the Journal of Medical and Industrial Sciences underOrder No. B.T. 4/956 dated 2/5/2023 by the Ministry of Higher Education and ScientificResearch/ Research and Development/Scientific Affairs Department, where theeditorial board was formed from different countries in the journal’s specialty,which is (medicinal plants) and (Industrial crops). The basic financialapprovals were obtained, as well as the registration allocation, as well as theregistration of the magazine in the National Book and Records House under No.(2626) for the year (2023), noting that the audit is at the University ofKirkuk / College of Agriculture - Hawija, which is quarterly (every threeMonths).
