The current study aims to identify the effect of the service encounter environment and its impact in customer emotional response the relationship between the variables. It has selected a sample of, 430 customers from private banks operating in the Middle Euphrates governorates, Gulf Bank, United Bank for Investment, Middle East Bank and Islamic Bank of Elaf. It was based on experimental measures from some previous studies to achieve these hypotheses through the use of a variety of statistical tools and methods for analysis and processing of data and information using statistical packages required through the simple correlation matrix and simple regression analysis and the equation of structural modeling to test hypotheses of the study and the program, SPSS vr. 19, AMOS vr.23

This research aims to test the relationship between negative ties and job performance by the mediated role of social undermining. The research sample included, 88 individuals from college of economic and administration and college of agriculture. The in-degree scale was used to measure the numer of negative ties by using social network analysis. To measure social undermining and job performance, we used previous studies. The research hypotheses indicated that there are positive relationship between negative ties and social undermining. Also, there are negative relationship between social undermining and job performance. The research proposed that sicoal undermining plays mediated role between negative ties and job perfoamnce. The research findings accepted most of our hypotheses, according to these findings, a set of conclusions and recommendations were formulated.

Gypseous soil introduced several changes in their chemical and physical properties when exposed to water [1]. Gypsum was a type of salts that can be dissolve in water and the particles transported when the leaching process were happen. Gypsum may present in soil as one or combination of the following forms [2]:1.Hydrated gypsum, CaSO4. 2H2O, crystalline form.2.Anhydrite gypsum, CaSO4, crystalline form.3.Al-Baster, non-crystalline form of gypsum. Fine grain –usually massive, light color.4.Secondary gypsum, crystals in surface layers, sometimes crust or re-crystalized from evaporated ground water.Secondary or detritus and pre-precipitated gypsum, crystals in surface layers, sometimes crust or re-crystalized from evaporated ground water.Secondary gypsum which may be formed by, Buringh, 1960 [3]: 1. The primary gypsum rocks dissolved and precipitated in younger formation in both crystalline and amorphous forms.2. Accumulation in the layer above the capillary water zone as a result of evaporation of ground water in arid areas. 3. Windblown secondary gypsum forms the gypseous desert area and deposited on other soils, or precipitated from irrigation water.The main character in dry condition was the bearing capacity of each test under a general shear failure at static and cyclic loading [4] for three types of soils, natural gypseous, natural gypsified and artificial gypsified soils.For the previous studies, some researchers study the gypseous soils with different methods using devices for tests, at dry condition under static or cyclic loads on natural gypseous soil models, but a little deals with gypsified and artificial soil models, some of these studies were shown in this study as follows:Al-Qaissy, investigate gypsum migration process resulting a gypsum concentration with different gypsum content in soils, and its effect on compressibility and shear strength. Simulation of the natural field conditions were furnished to these samples in the laboratory. The testing program was conducted at different ages of 0, 1, 3, and 6 months in order to study time effect. The test results reveal that, migration process of gypsum took place in thesimulated gypsified samples, causing leaching of gypsum in certain zones. The soil exhibited lower compressibility and higher collapsibility characteristics as the gypsum content increased under leaching process, time progression and gypsum precipitation

Abstract: This research focuses on the topic of "Diversity of Actor Performance in Children's Theater" due to its significant impact on children's personalities as well as its role as an educational and cultural tool in engaging children through the actor's performance and diversity in embodying theatrical characters through physical performance, vocal interaction, and songs that invite fun and entertainment. The performance aspect constitutes a fundamental and essential element of this theater, regardless of its components and objectives. The diversity of this theater requires the actor to understand the styles and diversity compatible with the theatrical character in various forms of children's theater. Therefore, this research is structured into four chapters. The first chapter addresses the research problem within its question, Can the actor in children's theater recognize the performance diversity to embody the theatrical character in children's theater?, followed by the significance of the research and its objectives. The research aims to understand the diversity of actor performance and theatrical techniques in children's theater through embodying characters and forms. The research specified the time frame between, 2010-2022 and within the spatial boundaries, children's theater in Iraq, which framed the subject's boundaries, diversity of actor performance in children's theater represented by the works of Iraqi children's theater. The research identified the key linguistic and terminological terms, diversity, performance, children's theater and the procedural definition. The second chapter encompasses the theoretical framework, which resulted from the theoretical framework and previous studies, comprising two sections: the actor's work with oneself and the preparation of the actor for a character in children's theater. The third chapter covers the research procedures and includes the research methodology used, adopting the descriptive-analytical method. The researcher intentionally selected the research sample to serve the research purpose. The fourth chapter presents an overview of the results and conclusions derived from those results: 1. The performance diversity of the actor, Talal Hassan - character Abu Al-Baloons was demonstrated through lightness of movement and theatrical performance nuances among children, with parallel reactions in presenting the theatrical character performance. 2. The actor's performance in, character Abu Yousef was distinguished by his performance abilities and physical mobility in diagnosing and accurately portraying the character's actions in the theatrical presentation integration. 3. The actors in the play, The Secret of Success achieved an interactive ability with the environmental context and established an interactive relationship based on intellectual, imaginative, and creative harmony between them.
