ABSTRACT:- On-line Arabic handwritten character recognition is one of the most challenging problems in pattern recognition field. By now, printed Arabic character recognition and on-line Arabic handwritten recognition has been gradually practical, while offline Arabic handwritten character recognition is still considered as "The hardest problem to conquer" in this field due to its own complexity. Recently, it becomes a hot topic with the release of database, which is the first text-level database and is concerned about the area of realistic Arabic handwritten character recognition. At the realistic Arabic handwritten text recognition and explore two aspects of the problem. Firstly, a system based on segmentation-recognition integrated framework was developed for Arabic handwriting recognition. Secondly, the parameters of embedded classifier initialed at character-level training were discriminatively re-trained at string level. The segmentation-recognition integrated framework runs as follows: the written character is first over-segmented into primitive segments, and then the consecutive segments are combined into candidate patterns. The embedded classifier is used to classify all the candidate patterns in segmentation lattice. According to Genetic Algorithm, Crossover, mutation, and population, the system outputs the optimal path in segmentation-recognition lattice, which is the final recognition result. The embedded classifier is first trained at character level on isolated character and then the parameters are updated at string level on string samples. The aim of the research is to identify the analysis of the history book scheduled for the fifth literary grade according to the levels of depth of knowledge for the academic year 2019-2020. To achieve the goal of the research, the two researchers prepared a list of levels of depth of knowledge that included four levels: the level of remembering and reproduction, the level of application of concepts and skills, the level of strategic thinking, the level of extended thinking, and the descriptive analytical approach was used. according to the four levels of depth of knowledge, then verifying the stability of the analysis through analysis through time and through individuals, and it obtained a stability percentage Greater than 80% using Holster’s equation, and the research found the availability of the four levels of depth of knowledge in the book, with a percentage of, 40% for the level of remembering and reproduction in the first place, then for the level of application of concepts and skills with a percentage of, 30% in the second place, then the level of application of concepts and skills. Strategic thinking with a percentage of, 19% in the third rank, then the level of extended thinking with a percentage of, 11% in the fourth rank, the depth of knowledge is included in the history book for the fifth grade literary and in proportions that are gradual in a manner appropriate to their four levels.

In this paper we have made different regular graphs by using block designs. In one of our applicable methods, first we have changed symmetric block designs into new block designs by using a method called a union method. Then we have made various regular graphs from each of them. For symmetric block designs with λ=1, which is named finite projective geometry, this method leads to infinite class of regular graphs. With some examples we will show that these graphs can be strongly regular or semi-strongly regular. We have also propounded this conjecture that if two semi-symmetric block designs are non-isomorphic, then the resultant block graphs of them are non-isomorphic, too.

The aim of the induction was to identify the data of bio kinematic performance, NLP, motor response, and accuracy of free kick performance among football players, and to identify the relationship between the effectiveness of bio kinematic performance, NLP and motor response, with the accuracy of free kick performance among football players. The researchers used the descriptive approach in order to suit the nature of the research. The research sample included the students of the second stage of the Department of Physical Education of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Halabja for the academic year, 2019/2020 and their number is, 18 students, and the research sample was selected by the intentional method, excluded f the students on whom the pilot study was conducted, and the total number of the sample on whom the study was conducted was, 12 students only. The researchers used the technical scientific observation, the bio kinematic analysis, the NLP test, the motor response test, and the accuracy test of performing a free kick in football as means of data collection, and the data were treated statistically. Using, arithmetic mean, x, standard deviation, , coefficient of variation, coefficient of skewness, and simple correlation coefficient, Pearson, within the programs of the statistical portfolio for the social sciences, statistical package of social Sciences Or SPSS. After analyzing and discussing the results, the most important conclusions drawn from the study were determined, which is the emergence of moral correlations between NLP systems and the accuracy of performing the free kick in football, and their arrangement was in favor of the, visual system, then the, auditory system, then the, sensory system, and the emergence of moral correlations Between some of the variables of bio kinematic performance and the accuracy of the performance of the free kick in football as well as the emergence of a significant correlation between the speed of the motor response and the accuracy of the performance of the free kick in football among the research sample members

The research aims to highlight agricultural finance and explain its role in influencing Iraq's GDP over the period 1998-2012, by relying on loans granted to the agricultural sector by banks, as well as loans from the Agricultural Initiative program by using the method of analysis econometrics, the data stability has been tested and then the results are estimated through a simple regression model. The model has passed the statistical and standard tests. The positive effect of agricultural finance on GDP has been shown. The increase of agricultural finance by 1% leads to an increase of the GDP by, 0.325%.
