Administratives and Politicals Situations in AMIDA Until the end of the Fourth Century A.H/ Tenth A.D

Abstract

The research aims at shedding light on the operations of the Arab conquest and administration since its early stages, represented by the efforts of the conqueror Ayad bin Ghanem through the Umayyad era, as it rebelled against Islam more than once, and became a refuge for the fugitives and opponents of the Caliphate such as ; AL-Khawarig.The research focused on political and administrative developments in the Abbasid times. In the first Abbasid period, the events of the city were few, In the second era, the invasion of the caliphate dominated the horizons and was restored by the local rulers, then the Abbasid-Hamdani rivalry, and then the Bauhi conflict with local leaders such as the Hamidi Kurds.
