Abstract

The power of societies comes from interest in science, study and education, enabling them to be highly sensitive and influential. In this study, the systems were created for nearly two centuries to show the evolution and dimensions of political, economic and administrative concepts in the state institutions. A cohesive political unit, while the Saadian did not play a role in power during the era of the Marines, the jihadist had a great influence on the invitation of the Saadian whether coming from them or from popular cells called to do this duty. The rulers and the governors of Sa'adis followed the policy of asceticism in supervising the external authority and the special power of Christianity, especially the Portuguese and Spanish, in order to draw the foreign policy of the state. It should be noted that this country and its administrative and economic systems played a prominent role in the advancement of civilization in the Maghreb, There are reasons that led to the deterioration of the Saadian state of supervision, the most important of which is the conflict between members of the ruling family, which led to the fall of the state, and this is what we will discuss in this study.
