Feasibility of using of different levels from anti-biotic(monessin)as additive nutritive and proportion of separate from the minerals block in the ration of fattening of native goats female

Abstract

This experiment was conducted at sheep's and goats breeding station to the general authority for Agricultural Research- Ministry of Agriculture/ Abu grab, In this Experiment were used Anti-Biotic (Monessin) with proportion (0, 30, 60 ml kg) and separation proportion from mineral blocks, for fattening native goats in the diets, A total of 18 female goats with live body weight averaged 28 ±0.67 kg aged 6-7 month, goats were equally divided into three treatment weight were recorded weekly and feed were given as 3% of live body weight (ad-libitum feeding), the goats were treatment fed over 65 days period. The treated (T1) was fed on diets that were contain on concentrate forage, The treated (T2) was contain the (30 mlkg) from Anti-Biotic (Monessin) in diets, as the treated (T3) was contain the (60 mlkg) from Anti-Biotic (Monessin) in diets, A results were showed significant difference to test of special with liquid of the rumen, include (total of the volatily fatty acid, propionic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid, value of NH3 and value of pH). That the results were indicated (p≤0.05) for the total of the volatile fatty acid of three experimental treatment, That have were decreased of about (p≤0.05) for the two nutritive treatment (T2 and T3) which were contained of ration on the Anti-biotic (Monessin), with Compilation of control treated (T1). As for the value of propionic acid, That the results were inducted for significant difference (p≤0.01) among the three nutritive treatment, That observed between two treatment (T2 and T3) to be compared with control treated (T1). At the same time, That no significant difference among of three nutritive treatment (T1, T2 and T3) in the value of acetic acid and butyric acid, reaching (56.31, 55.12, 54.73 mol 100 mol) and (22.13, 22.04, 21.38 mol 100 mol) respectively to be compared with control treated (T1). As well, the results were showed that significant difference (p≤0.01) in the value of (NH3) among of three nutritive treatment, has an immaterial decrease of about (p≤0.01) Which were superior that contain on anti-biotic (Monessin) between of the treatment (T2 and T3), to be compared with control treated (T1). As for the value of (pH) has recorded of significant difference, about (p≤0.05) for all nutritive treatment, That superior of the two treatment (T2 and T3) to be compared with control treated (T1). Also the results were significant difference (p≤0.05) in some productive traits, include (rats of increase the weight daily, total final weight, average weight of primary, final and account of food intake), That were the superior significant (p≤0.05) for the treatment (T2 and T3) in cooperation with control treated (T1). As results showed the ability to use mineral block with anti-biotic (Monessin) of level 60 ml/kg.fed, In the ration of female goats without any adverse effect on their studied productive traits in this study
