Training Courses and Their Relationship to Career Empowerment for Extension Workers Staff in Kirkuk Province

Abstract

Study aims are to determine the level of job enabling workers of extension and its relationship with the training courses in Kirkuk province in general, and to identify the correlation between the level of job empowerment and all of the following independent factors. Confined to the research area of the Directorate of the cultivation of the province of Kirkuk, which includes (7) Agricultural Division outside the hot spots spread over its respects, Including the research community all agricultural staff involved in training courses which was (153) thus the total number of covered totaled study (118 random sample proportional withdrew (80%), bringing the number of respondents ( 94), and the number of neglected forms (13), the data analysis (81) respondent without Pre-test (35) employee, questionnaires Prepared as a tool to collect data from respondents consist of two parts: the first part related to Same factors. The second part: included items related to the measurement of empowerment career that included 74 items, the number of vertebrae career empowerment as the final (74) paragraph after unloading the test data and the first statistically analyzed using halif-split method, which is one of the best ways to calculate stability, results showed that career empowerment level was medium to high, The study recommended with more Extension activities and indicative training courses to provide workers with knowledge and skill to improved their performance in the province of Kirkuk.
