Effect Instead of White Corn Sorghum bicolor Treatment by Lignin Peroxidase Instead of Yellow Corn Enzyme on Secretion some Digestive Enzyme for Fingerling Common Carp Cyprinus carpio L.

Abstract

The search carried out in the laboratories of Fish and Animal Resource Center - Agricultural Research Directorate from 80 days (7/3/2016 to 25/5/2016) to study the excretion of some digestible enzymes for protease, trypsine and chemotrypsine from effected of white corn used after improvement the nutritive value by reduction tannin by enzyme Lignin peroxidase which locality isolate from bacteria Streptomyces sp. and substitution for yellow corn in small common carp Cyprinus carpio L. diets. The fish fed on seven experiments diets, T1 and T2 use white corn without treatment substitution 50% and 100% from yellow corn, T3 and T4 use white corn treatment before grinded by enzymeat same substitution, T5 and T6 use white corn treatment after grinded by enzyme at same substitution and T7 without white corn for control. The efficiency examination conducted for enzymes protease, trypsine and chemotrypsine, The result showed the high value of enzymes efficiency for protease, trypsine and chemotrypsine in the foreground and middle parts compare of end part after starve for 5 days and 80 days foe fish feeding. It is possible to replace white corn which treatment by Lignin peroxidase enzyme instead yellow corn and up to 100% without any effect on growth enzyme efficiency.
