Effect of interval training to develop the muscular ability and some physiological Indicators for volleyball players

Abstract

The research aims to identify the effect of interval training program to develop the muscular ability and some physiological Indicators for volleyball players , the researchers used the experimental method and the research was conducted on a sample of (12) players from the industry sports club and have divided into two equal groups as it has been applied first group style trend common and the second group style trend MS. The program was applied for ten (10) weeks by (3) units per week and both groups and researcher reached that way training interval short multi direction consolidated his influence better than style trend MS.
