The Impact of Educational Service Quality on Students' Satisfaction in the Institutes of Technical Education: Applied Study in Al- Samawa Technical Institute

Abstract

Abstract The current study looks forward to showing the satisfaction of the students of Technical Institute/AL-Samawa concerning the educational service quality advanced to them within its activities frame, when the students satisfaction has become an essential element of the educational quality components that must be taken into consideration to score students' needs and satisfy their requirements and expectations or what exceeds those expectations, as they are customers and long-term partners in educational process and a factor deep impact based upon continuous improvement of that process and in circumstances where quality has become an imperative necessity dictated by speedy changes and requirements of contemporary life, to achieve the aims of the study were to adopt a questionnaire included (28) items related variables of study, represented sample of the research students of the second stage and all disciplines at the Institute, including the sample (180), and according to the purpose of the study, one main hypothesis to test the impact relation between the two variables by using a set of statistical methods such as (arithmetic mean, The standard deviation, Variation coefficient, Relativity Importance, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Correlation& Regression Analysis, f & t-test, Alpha Cronbach coefficient) by using a statistical program (spss vr.20), and the study has come up with a set of conclusions and recommendations that are consistent with those conclusions. - Key words: Educational service quality, Students satisfaction
