Drivers Of Economic Added Value in Iraqi Banks Application study

Abstract

Abstract The research aim's to find out the economic value added 's drivers depending on the impact of banking strategic performance on economic value added, to achieve that has been tested a number of indicators of banking strategic performance of a number of Iraqi banks, for the selection of indicators that explain the highest joint impact, down to the aspects of performance affecting the economic value,and in the light of the research problem related to the fact that the undiagnosed aspects accurately can be reflected on the strategic planning, resource allocation, governance, management's efficiency ,and compensation system , all of them in turn reflected on the wealth of the owners. The research assumed the following hypothesis" The economic value added drivers represented in number of banking strategic performance indicators that explain the joint impact with highest significant on the economic value added "The research found joint impact with high significant of indicators: monitory funds, return on equity, cash credit employing , market share, and both return on equity and market share are indicators with the most effect, and the higher solvency indicator lead to increasing the indicator of financial stability which affects value. The research Recommends are : it is important to achieve integration in performance between strategic performance components (financial, operational, and competitive), which are reflected in the indicators of: monetary funds, credit cash , return on equity, market share because they are concerned as economic added value drivers, also recommends reducing the high solvency indicators because it reduces the value.
