Abstract

Abstract:The current research seeks to know the nature of the relationship between the organizational spirituality and green human resources at the Al-Kufa cement factory. The importance of current research is in trying to define the importance of organizational spirituality and its impact on the development of green human resources able to do functional tasks in the best way. As well as to bridge the knowledge gap of the relationship between these two variables. To achieve this goal, the researchers distributed using a random sample of (375) way to identify the number of employees at the Al-Kufa cement factory. The number of questionnaires recovered 347 questionnaire and the response rate was (92%) and was the number of valid questionnaires for statistical analysis has reached (339) questionnaire and a rate (97%) of the number of questionnaires recovered. The researchers found two types of results are the results of theory and practical results. At the level of the theoretical results, there is a knowledge gap to explain the nature of the relationship between the variables under current research. Furthermore, the empirical results showed there is a positive correlation between the organizational spirituality and human resources green, as well as having a significant effect and positive effect of organizational spiritual on the green human resources.
