Abstract

Charactaristics of the Ethical System of IslamProf. Anas Isam AlzaidyCenter of revival heritage University of BaghdadResearch SummaryI discussed in this humble research the properties of the ethical system. The research includes four chapters, the first being the preface and the last being the conclusion. I discussed in the preface the importance of ethics in general, and the importance of its details in particular, the reasons why the Quran dealt with ethics with great detail, The need of our society for ethics in general, and the Quranic approach in corroborating ethic in particular. I also discussed previous studies of this topic, then, the need to dedicate a lesson for ethic within the curricula of the Islamic Universities in particular, and the Academic Universities in general.I discussed in the First Chapter: the containment of ethics for every aspect of human life, the types of human relationships, the Quranic verses that deal with human relationships, how ethic in Islam is relevant to all other ethical systems, and how important that is.I discussed in the second chapter: the relevancy of the ethical system with the Islamic belief, the Islamic belief being the basis on which the elements of human ethic is built, and the Quranic texts that denotes to that. I discussed in the third chapter: the ethical system being detailed and constant, the reasons that made the ethical system to be detailed to that level and the wisdom beyond that, and the difference between it and other orders.I discussed in the forth chapter: the inclusion of the ethical system of the approaches and guarantees adequate to practice it. The first: designating ethics a law associated with punishment.The second: the possibility of ethics to be gained and rectified.And then comes the role of the conclusion which includes the most important resultants achieved by the researcher, and his recommendations.
