Abstract

The problem of faltering investment projects and the failure of the investment projects are problems that restrict developing and offering countries in addition, to the waste of financial and human resources efforts and time. Iraq in general and Anbar province in particular, have suffered and continue to suffer from the problems of stalled projects and failure, as the lack of a deep and detailed of feasibility studies by the investor was an important reason behind the faltering the projects and failing to maintain them.
