Effect of extract of Allium sativium on some biochimstry and immunological characters in Haberd broiler

Abstract

AbstractA study was conducted at poultry farm /department of animal production /Agriculture college / Al-Qadisya university to study the effect of Allium sativum on some biochimstry and immunological character in Haberd broiler which feed meal contain mycotoxin type Aflatoxin. Four hundred of broiler were used and divided into four treatment (0,2,4,8) G/ L. Biochimistry and immunological traits in this study concentration of glucose,total protein ,cholestrol,try glysride ,AIV ,NDV and IBV.The result reveald that drinking extract garlic (T4 and T3) lead to highly significant increase (p<0.01) in AIV ,NDV and IBV compared with control treatment (T1). highly significant decrease (p<0.01) in concentration of glucose ,cholesrol and tri glesride as compared with control (T1) . Result showed the best significance by usd different concentration of extract garlic in studed traits.
