The Post Performance of the University Officials and its Relationship with the Administrative Behaviour of Their Bosses

Abstract

The main objective of this work aims to identifies the performance of employer and its relation to the behavior administrative of the managers.And to achieve this, the researcher adopted AL- Nabhaniyah scale for year 2015 to measure performance of employee, and with passage of time and after extracting his credibility and stability presented him to a group of experts and specialists and calculating stability by re-applying the test on the same sample.Also the researcher adopted AL-Fehydee scale for year 2009 for measure behavior administrative for directors، After ascertaining its psychometric characteristics and after confirming its suitability to the research community, the two scales were applied to the research sample consisting of (140) employee male and female For the year 2017-2018, were chosen in a random manner and in a proportionate manner sample objective studied to possess the performance of employer good، and so there difference in plane the performance of employer between male and female for the benefit of female، and the last to appear the behavior administrative of the managers to affect form positive on employer and performance through field of activity.
