geopolitics. It is concerned with studying the geographical spatial variation of the electoral process and interpreting and analyzing the spatial impact of the environment on voters. It also deals with the study of the spatial organization of the elections and the political, economic and social electoral programs of the competing parties. Also it deals with the geographical distribution of constituencies and the foundations which is use it in distribution. This research has been addressed the geographical distribution of constituencies in Duhok governorate and distribution registrants and their proportion to the population in the governorate. The study showed that there was a variation in the number of registered registrants. The highest percentage was recorded in Rizkari district in Zakho district which reached 80,8% and the lowest percentage registered in Gerdasin district which reached 21,4% , The study found that the percentage of registrants of some districts and areas become more where than the general average of 42.2%, for example the district of Dohuk, an increase of 11.5% of the general rate and Zakho, an increase of 4.9% ,The reason for the increase of registrars is that these areas are centers of cities which attracts people because of the existence of government institutions and the provision of services and employment opportunities. The population of the province in 2014 was 1410296, which the number of registrars and voters who are entitled to vote are distribute in varies way between districts and sub districts in the governorate according to the size and density of the population in these areas. Doing election is need to divide the region to electoral costituencies according to the requirements of the population and the area of the region. Dohuk province was divided into 256 electoral centers according to the number of population and the largest number of these centers was in the district of Dohuk which the number of centers became 70 centers and the less number was in Sheikhan district which reached to 16 centers, and the number of political entities participating in the elections reached to 20
