Pre-Paris Peace Conference Meetings (Preparatory Meetings) 11 September 1945- 29 July 1946

Abstract

The meetings of foreign ministers council of the great nations came in the light of the agreement of Potsdam Conference (2nd August 1945) for the sake of drafting peace treaties with the nations that were allies to Germany (Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary and Finland). The meetings of the foreign ministers council were held along the period (11 September 1945- 29 July 1946). The meetings tackled important political, regional, military and economic topics. The foreign ministers based the wording of five peace treaties on the texts of the previously signed truce with the defeated nations before the end of the war.
