Abstract
Attention to students' behavior is a vital issue for researchers to study and work to achieve the university student's tendencies and help him to adapt to the society and acquire the prevailing social behaviors desired, and within the desired behaviors Altaritp behavior as a basic concept of cohesion and cohesion among members of society, especially as we live in the world Filled with social spaces in which man needs his brother to wait for his help in facing the challenges of life that threaten his security and stability. To confirm this, the current research aims at the following:1 - Building a measure of altruistic behavior of students of the Faculty of Education for Girls.2- Identify: -A - the level of altruistic behavior of students of the College of Education for Girls at the University of Tikrit.A - the level of emotional intelligence among female students of the Faculty of Education for girls at the University of Tikrit.3- Answering the following questions:Is there a statistically significant relationship between the ethical behavior and the emotional intelligence of female students of education?Are there any statistically significant differences between female students of the College of Education for girls in the altruistic behavior according to the variables of the first, second, third, fourth, and special (scientific / human) levels? There are statistically significant differences between female students of the Faculty of Education for girls in emotional intelligence according to the variables of the first, second, third, fourth and special (scientific / human) levels. To complement the current research results, the researcher came up with many recommendations and suggestions.
