Religious behavior and its relationship with the skills of communication with others In Sudanese government institutions

Abstract

this research aim is to identify the religious behavior and good communication skills among workers in government institutions who deal directly with the public, Where the total sample size (500 Sudanese)in 2017, (393) males and 107 females, Between the ages of (21-50 years),,To find out the researcher used the descriptive method Relational, is a measure of communication skills and religious behavior scale study tool, Results were analyzed by statistical analysis package for Social Sciences software (SPSS), The study found a group of the most important results: The basis of good communication and dealing with others its source of Islam, Rise of religious behavior among members of the study sample, Characterized by communication skills among members of the study sample to decline, There is no relationship between the communication with other religious and behavior skills, The study concluded a series of recommendations, including: Islamic instill awareness and interest in studying the principles of the Muslim religion in public and governmental institutions, in particular the definition of the society and the individual worker to these institutions that the basis of good communication with the other issue urged by the Islamic religion.
