The Impact of Organizational Culture in Job satisfaction of Employees at the Jordanian Public Universities of the North Territory

Abstract

The study aims at examining the level of common organizational culture at the Jordanian public universities of the North territory, identifying the level of Job satisfaction, and investigating the impact of organizational culture with its four dimensions (Teamwork, Innovation, Creativity, and Cooperation) on the Job Satisfaction at the Jordanian public universities of the North territory. The study participants are of senior, medium, and lower a management with their various employment classes and labels of the Jordanian public universities of the North territory on the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, which consists of following universities: Yarmouk University, Jordanian University of Science and Technology, and the al albyat University. The researcher chooses a random sample of 200 employees. The results of study show that the level of common organizational culture at the public Jordanian universities is Medium, also a medium level of the Job satisfaction in the Jordanian public universities of the north territory. The results also reveal a positive impact of organizational culture with their dimensions (Teamwork, Innovation, Creativity, and Cooperation) in the Job satisfaction at the public universities of the north territory.
