Sport Education In Administrative Bureau And Its Relationship With Disabled Clubs’ Performance from The Coaches’ and Players Point of View

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the physical education culture of administrative bureau and their level of performance in specialized clubs for disabled from the coaches’ and players’ point of view. The researcher used the descriptive method. The sample was (420) coaches and players and the subjects were 200 coaches and players. The researcher designed and applied a scale for sport education that consisted of 60 items distributed on 9 axes suitable for disabled clubs. The scale was applied on the subject then the performance was measured to according to a form designed by the ministry of sport and youth. The researcher concluded that the subject does not have necessary potentials in general relationships, leadership and achievement yet they have other potentials in organization, media, laws, technology and marketing. Finally the researcher recommended using the results of this research in evaluating clubs for disabled athletes as well as the necessity of paying attention to sport education for developing administrative bureau in clubs for disabled athlete.
