Abstract

Target was searching:1 - Detection of the impact of the educational program using direct mental training and accompanied by delayed feedback in learning the technical performance and the level of achievement in the effectiveness of throwing javelin for students of the first year in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences.2- To detect the difference between the post-test between the research groups (experimental and control) in learning the technical performance and the level of achievement in the effectiveness of throwing javelin for students of the first year in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports SciencesThe hypothesis of the research was:1 - There are significant differences between the pre - and post - test of the impact of the educational program using direct mental training and accompanied by delayed feedback in learning technical performance and the level of achievement in the effectiveness of throwing javelin for students of the first year of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences.2 - There are significant differences in the post-test in the educational program using direct mental training and accompanied by delayed feedback in learning the technical performance and the level of achievement in the effectiveness of throwing javelin for students of the first year of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science.The researcher used the experimental method for his suitability to the nature of the research. He chose the research society and appointed him by the deliberate method of the students of the first year of the college of physical education and sports sciences / Tikrit University for the academic year 2016/2017, consisting of three divisions of 140 students. The research sample consisted of two divisions (80) students, divided into two groups of experimental and control according to their people. After conducting the tribal tests of the two groups, each group was identified with (20) students and researcher Counting the number of students not to reward them with the rest of the sample bringing the number of respondents (36 students) and by 18 students per group and the rate of (45%) Of students in the first year of study and then used the researcher statistical means (statistical bag spss to extract (the mean of the calculation, the standard deviation, the simple correlation coefficient (Pearson), test (T) between two linked accountants (and percentage)
