AbstractThe Caribbean region is strategically important because of its geographical location, which is the link between the Atlantic and the Caribbean and then Europe in the Americas. The importance of this region has increased, especially after the opening of the Panama Canal that linked the Atlantic to the Pacific. In the Caribbean, called the Antilles or the Caribbean, is particularly important after the geographical movement. These islands have become strategic stations on both sides of the site and their economic resources for many European countries, especially (Spain, Britain, Holland, and finally Germany) . Caribbean and its islands, an unusual competition between these forces, began with the beginning of the seventeenth century and ended with some penile Netherlands independence Islands.
