The effect of Total Quality Management in Sustainable Development in Private Colleges - Iraq

Abstract

The research aims to diagnose the extent of knowledge of the teaching staff the principles of total quality management, best way to implement, apply, use of methods to improve sustainable development, the extent of correlation relationships, the influence of independent variable components in the dimensions of variable used in determining the efficiency of graduates, student satisfaction, increasing their confidence, and improving the status of the faculty locally and regionally.The study included a sample of (65) individual of the teachers and administrative leaders in the private colleges in the city of Baghdad, where the statistical package (SPSS) is adopted for the statistical analysis of the data. The samples responses are measured on the (36) words expression according to Alpha Crbonbach, which its value reached to (0.87) Accreditation of the rank correlation coefficient (Spearman coefficient) for the analysis data and examined also the correlation relationships.The results showed that total quality management of advanced degree occupied the attention of the teaching staff, and there is a positive correlation significant and positive effect between the total overall quality management and total sustainable development, except the continuous improvement.Recommends access to research universities in the world experiences, and create accurate database, use of incentives, training programs, conferences held for the purpose of conserving resources, and to ensure that the share of future generations.
