Abstract

The focus of the present study is an attempt to demonstrate the relationship and impact between empowerment and its impact on the entrepreneur behavior of the companies under study as its field. The study adopted the theory of empowerment as an independent variable and entrepreneur behavior as a variable. (Knowledge sharing, knowledge acquisition, freedom and independence) in entrepreneur behavior. Based on the above, the study seeks to answer the following research questions that represent its problem:1. What is the level of empowerment and its dimensions in the industrial companies surveyed ? 2. What is the level of entrepreneur behavior and its dimensions in the industrial companies surveyed ?3. What is the nature of the correlation and impact relationship between empowerment in terms of its dimensions in the entrepreneur behavior in the industrial companies surveyed
