Difficulties in Applying of Re-engineering of Administrative Processes in the Sports and Schools Activity Units in Some Central and Souther governorates.

Abstract

Abstract. The research includes an introduction and the importance as the importance of the research came from the fact that it is a modern research field which aims to determine the most important obstacles in the application of re-engineering administrative processes in sport and school activity units. The research problem arisen from the adoption of the administrators of sports and school activity units of the classical administrative values and concepts of classical ways of thinking. So this research aims to study and the re-engineering process and to identify the obstacles that prevent it to be applied. The aim of the research is to construct a questionnaire to identify the concept of re-engineering the process of administrative to the administrators of sports and school activity units in some of central and southern provinces and to identify the main obstacles that prevent the application of this concept.The descriptive method in the survey method is used in this research with research population consists of (42) the administrators of the sports and school activities units of some of central and southern provinces while a research sample consists of (30) individuals.The most important conclusions a be summarized as the administrators of the sports and school activity units had no clear idea about the re-engineering of administrative processes because there were no training courses to explain this concept and therefore not familiar with examples of institutions who successfully implemented this process, which justified their rejection of organizational change. The important recommendations focused on reducing the resistance of the administrators of the sports and school activity units to the concept of re-engineering administrative processes by educating them about the importance of this concept, conducting training courses and showing examples of institutions who successfully applied the re-engineering administrative processes.
