Synthesis and Optical Properties of CdSxSe1-x Semiconductor Nanomaterials by Chemical Vapor Deposition Method
Abstract
Highly pure and crystalline CdSxSe1 -xnanostructures have been successfully synthesized viaChemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) method, changingthe components of x, in order to adjust the band gap ofmaterials, and the relationship with the lattice constant.Using X-ray Diffraction (XRD) to characterize thephase structures and elemental compositions of thesamples, and using Field Emission Scanning ElectronMicroscopy (FESEM) to observe the surfacemorphology of CdSxSe1 -x nanomaterials and confirmthe VLS growth mechanism. Using the HighResolution Transmission Electron Microscopy(HRTEM) and Selected Area Electron Diffraction(SAED) to analyze the crystal structure and the growthdirection of the materials
