International concerns to join the International Criminal Court

Abstract

On the seventeenth of July in 1998 was the adoption of the Statute of the International Criminal Court entered into force since the first of July 2002 after it completed the ratification of a quorum of more than 60 countries on the platform (1). This day witnessed an important event on the international criminal law, human especially embody the general will of the international community to combat and deter the most serious crimes at the international level. But who invited us to search on the subject of international concerns to join the International Criminal Tribunal for this Court of the importance and the role of creative accounting and punish the perpetrators of most heinous crimes and most Btha on humanity and not impunity, we are internally punish to death anyone found guilty of murdering a man, what alone, but that which kills hundreds of thousands of people (2) and covering up under the cover of immunity and lack of accountability or for other reasons, but who ask him here, but it is time to turn the page and apply the painful past to punish the real culprits before this court?! , But it is time for reawakening the people and the search for killed and the perpetrators of heinous crimes against them?! , But it is time to put an end to impunity for perpetrators of crimes agreed by the countries of the world away with it?! , And for the answers to these and other questions we decided to look at the heart of this subject through the first two sections, we dealt with the rationale for the International Criminal Tribunal for the search for the truth of the matter in the nature of the large international effort to create this court. The second section has been allocated to discuss the concerns raised by the united states to join the Court and thus ratification. Asking the Almighty that we have been successful in introducing this subject in the hope that resonates widely among researchers interested in the field of international criminal law in particular, what constitutes the intellectual sources of this aspect is important and vital aspect of international law and the international community in general.
