Attitudes of teachers towards Ttbaiqalarashad education in primary schools

Abstract

The councilor is considered as an active member to guide students and shape their behavior in addition to increasing their education and scientific achievement. He is also considered as a successful tool to spare time in education. The counselor's success in his duty depends upon his attitude towards his job and peoples consideration. The people consideration towards job may decide their daily behavior and this may deicide also their social relations with others, (saleh – 1991 – p38). Since the childhood is considered as the most important period in life, and child in this period needs to guidance and counseling, the problem of this research has emerged to know the teacher's attitudes towards the application of guidance in primary schools.This research aims at:1-cheeking the teacher's attitudes towards the application of educational counseling primary schools.2-there is no application of counseling in the primary schools.The researcher has dealt with, in chapter two, the theoretical side of some theories that discussed the forming of the attitude. Also the studies that are concerned with the research variables. In the third chapter, the research measures, the measurements of the teacher's attitudes have been formed towards the application of the counseling in the primary schools. The reality of the measurement has been checked also.In the fourth chapter, the results has been displayed and discussed according to the research aims. By the use of chi-square for one sample the attitudes of the second aim; the chi-square has been applied on two different samples for checking attitudes and according to sex factor.Some suggestion has been showed by the research according to the results that have been got.
