Abstract

The research aims to know the current (effective use of computers in the collection of first-grade students in the middle of the history of ancient civilizations). To verify this objective the researchers formulated the following null hypothesis Hypothesis: There is no difference statistically significant at the level (0,05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who have studied the use of computers and the average score of the control group students who have studied in the usual way traditional in history in the collection. To verify that chose the researchers determined experimentally a control part, and select the researcher medium peaks of the distinguished members in the holy city of Karbala to be a sample for research, as the number of members (52) students, and by (26) students in each of the experimental and control groups. Researchers conducted two sets of parity between students search a number of variables (degrees of history for the last academic year 2008-2009, and chronological age measured in months, and test of intelligence, and academic achievement to parents, and educational attainment for mothers). After you select the researchers to the material science, of chapters of the first three of the book on the history of civilizations of the first row the average of the approved teaching and Iraqi Ministry of Education for the academic year 2010-2011, coined the researcher, targets of conduct for the chapters of the three numbered (131) target, and re-learning the lessons by the computer using the program (Power Point) applied to be displayed through the device (Data Show), a promising teaching plans for the two sets of search, and display models, including a group of experts and specialists in teaching methods, measurement and evaluation, psychology and history. Researchers prepared achievement test to measure the level of student achievement after the completion of the experiment, as a test of (40), paragraph a test of multiple choice, and check the truth of the light display on a group of experts and arbitrators, and check for persistence applied to the sample exploratory students from medium-Ibn- Hayan the second core, and the value of the link (0.77).The researchers studied one of the two sets of research by himself in the duration of the experiment, which lasted (10) weeks, and after the termination of the experiment the researcher applied the achievement test to students in the two sets of searchTo analyze the results the researcher used the following statistical methods: (a doubly educational Administration test for independent samples, Pearson correlation coefficient to calculate the stability test, Spearman Brown, Chi square, the equation of difficulty, the equation of discrimination coefficient paragraph).The study found the following results: There is a difference statistically significant at the level of significance (0,05) for the experimental group which studied the use of questions to prepare tribal computer to the control group, who studied in the traditional way of collection. In the light of this result came out the conclusions and recommendations of researchers, including through the adoption of computer use in teaching history.An update of the current search researchers suggested further studies similar to the current stages of the students in other courses
