Determination of effecting factors on enzyme activity (Endo-1-4- β-D glucanase) isolated from fungi

Abstract

This study was designed for determination of effecting factors on increasing ofenzyme activity (Endo-1-4-β-D- glucanase) isolated from fungi. The stable surfaceincubation (SSF) of Aspergillus niger after twelve days gave higher enzymaticactivity of 0.55 unit per mL. After the choosing of optimum circumstances of A.niger culture on 8th day we found that the highest enzymatic activity 5.20 unit permL. And that mean 9th times and reducing 96 hour from operation
