Abstract

Constitution is regarded as the law on which the ruling regime relies. It organizes the relation among the state's different bodies in accordance with the principle of legitimacy in the way of protecting rights and liberties. Each constitution has formal and objective characteristics that distinguish it from other constitutions. States put these characteristics in consistency with the nature, traditions, and the history of the people of the state that wants to choose the most ideal and the most fit for the state and for its society, for this reason it makes constitutional amendments and the latter have their effects on the characteristics or attributes included in the constitution.
