Study of the Electrical Conductivity of Zinc Oxide Thin Tilms and Zinc Oxide Thin Films Doped by Chlorine, Fluorine, Bromine and Iodine

Abstract

Zinc oxide thin films and zinc oxide thin films doped by chlorine, fluorine, bromine and iodine, of different ratios (0.03, 0.05, 0.07, and 0.09) have been prepared by using the chemical spray Paralysis on borosilicate glass substrates at a temperature (673K). We were studied the electrical conductivity for the films. The results show the values of conductivity were affected by doping.
