Evaluate The Content of Chemistry Curriculum for The Scientific Fifth Class According to Specific Criteria.

Abstract

That the curriculum the school is of great importance in the educational process because it is a main tool in the achievement of educational objectives that are running on the progress of society and its development in various aspects in the sense that the curriculum is fixed, but variable to keep pace with development and change in the world and society and this means that the school curriculum, with all its elements and by including content constantly evolving, what works for certain period of time is not fit for a time coming, which requires a process evaluation on an ongoing basis And content of the chemistry being one of the elements of the curriculum which contributes to the transmission of learners concepts, attitudes and skills that contribute to the chemical building their personality. Since the content of this curriculum offers to learners in an important stage in their respective forensic, which is the important basis for classes ended for the basic stage, preparatory, secondary and higher education, so the aim of the research evaluating the content of curriculum material for Chemistry, fifth grade science, which is the second element of the first phase of construction of the curriculum.Concerning the stratigey of research, the following steps were followed:1- The community of research include is basic, preparatory and secondary in the center of Baghdad town which teach chemistry.2- The research sample include from the research community of teachers for chemistry of the fifth scientific grad, assuming the existance of techears numbers equal to the number of scheals so 150 forms have been distributed randomly community 3- specialists for chemistry educators to the fifth grade science has surveyed all.
