Abstract

The study aims at establishing a suggested system for evaluating the performance of university classroom system at the Arab colleges of education.The previous Research indicated the existence of negative influences on that performance which reduce its contribution in achieving the objectives of teaching – learning process. The study tries to answer the following questions: 1-What is meant by effective classroom management? 2-What are its system components? 3-What are the steps of evaluating the performance of classroom management? 4-What are the qualitative criteria of that management?5-What are the components of classroom management evaluation system? 6-What are the indicators of such evaluation?The study used system analysis approach in answering the questions and in reaching to its objective and the indicators of the suggested system.
