Abstract

The teaching systems cannot be updated unless reconsidering drastically the system of adopting teachers and train them as the weakness in that effects the process of teaching students in the primary schools later. And that any defect or shortage in adopting and training them will give us insufficient student in items of teaching and directing towards career after graduating.The rehabilitating teaching courses undertook the task of rehabilitate and gaining the individual with the required specifications reaching them to the satisfactory image for who wants to practice teaching. May be one of the most ''important aspects required in the teacher is the aspect concerned with the extent of the love of teacher to his career and believing in its usefulness and desire to practice it.It turned out that the importance of adopting teachers and the necessity of gaining positive aspects towards his work that may help him in performing his duties and as result to the active role which play as conduct motivators. The rehabilitating courses are found to contribute in enriching the teaching process in primary schools with the qualifying personnel to fill the lack in the teachers in schools. The current research aims at evaluating the activeness of these courses through:1. Revealing the obstacles of making courses and difficulties that face the participation.2. Revealing the programs of these courses and the extent of benefit of the staff in these programs.The research sample and community were from the participants in the rehabilitating course of Al-Kerkh educational Office II of 210 participants.While the research tool was screening the opinion of the participants about these courses after formulating 3 questions for evaluation process: The first question includes the subject of 17 items. The second question includes the difficulties of 17 items. The third questions suggestions about subjects and other matters of 11 items.The validity of the tool was derived and it was applied on the research sample and the suitable statistic means were used.The participants in the course do not have the seriousness and motivation for the course in general due to their variance in terms of their academic background, and the participants face many problems during courses and there are weaknesses in the management of the course and its capabilities
