Abstract

This study aims to measure the strategically financial performance on Rafidain Bank & Commercial Bank. The two banks have been chosen as a sample of this study according to their importance represented in the process of economic and social development. This research depend on many types of measures performance to explore performance evaluation.In order to achieve the study's objectives the main Hypothesis have been formulated. The analysis and interpretation of the result showed high acceptance of the relationship.This study get some conclusions related to its theoretical and particle aspects and came out with a number of recommendation that it can be used by the Banks.
