تأثير اشعة كاما على الخواص البصرية لأغشية (Fe2O3) الرقيقة المحضرة بطريقة الترسيب الكيميائي الحراري

Abstract

T'hin films of Fe2O3 have been deposited on a borosilicateglass using the chcmical spray pyrolysis technique, where thesubstrate temperature was (420)oC. By using XRD tecl.urique, itwas found the structural of the as deposited thin fihns was polyCrvstallinごThe abSOrptance and tranSmittancc Spectra havebecn recorded in the speCtrum range(300-900)nm,befOre andafter irradiation bY Y-rays.Ihe optical-"o*t"tt'including' absorption coefftcient'reflectance, extinction coefficient, refractive index' real and;;;gi;rty part of dielectric constant, all these parameters werecalculated as a function of photon energy before and afterirradiation, it was found that y-rays affected all these parametersby decreasing them.
