Abstract

Clear to us through research, entitled the right of women between the law and its application in the permanent constitution of Iraq in 2005 that Islam is interested in organizing women's rights and is widely where keeping her status and dignity to the Department of Law, where public rights and civil rights.As for women's rights in laws and international legislation has varied such legislation with respect to the rights of women from one country to another depending on the circumstances of political changes in the world.We discussed, as well as to women's rights in the Constitution of Iraq in force for the year 2005 has approved the rights and freedoms of women according to social and political perspective, according to the rights of citizenship and as evidenced by references to articles of the Constitution and its clauses and paragraphs.As for the Iraqi laws and legislation often stay may ignore these rights,because the Iraqi constitution has omitted certain rights and international obligations granted to women as we find that the Iraqi laws in force did not achieve the degree of equality, which called for by the Constitution between men and women.Search and concluded, inter Recommendations and Tips for visitors on the rights of women.
